By creating an account or using Sweepstake HQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What we provide
Sweepstake HQ is a tool that lets organisers run a private sweepstake by randomly assigning FIFA World Cup 2026 teams to a list of players. We do not facilitate any wagering, betting, or prize distribution. Any money pooled between players is arranged privately and is entirely the organiser's responsibility.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and use the Service in a jurisdiction where private social sweepstakes are lawful.
4. Payments and refunds
Sweepstake HQ is free to use. There are no fees to create groups or run draws.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, abuse other users, attempt to disrupt the platform, or scrape data at scale. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Fixture and odds data
Fixtures, kick-off times and odds are provided for entertainment only and may change. We make no guarantee of accuracy.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
