What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email, organiser name and a hashed password (or your Google sign-in identity). For each group you create we store the group name, the player names you enter and the random team assignments. We also keep basic logs for security and debugging.
Why we use it
To run your account, deliver the sweepstake feature, and respond when you contact us. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to operate: our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud), and our email provider when you contact support. Each acts under contractual data-protection obligations.
Player names
If you add other people's names to a group, you confirm you have their permission. You can edit or delete them at any time before the draw.
Retention
We keep account and group data for as long as your account is active. Delete your account and we'll remove your data within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us via the Contact page.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies for sign-in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
